Reflection

I often find myself caught in the gap between what I know and what I do. I read about the benefits of daily exercise, yet my gym shoes gather dust.

Once, I meticulously planned a new learning project, certain that knowledge would propel me forward. But weeks passed, and my notes remained untouched, an unfulfilled promise.

It's humbling to realize that my intentions don't automatically translate into action. All too often, the excitement of a new endeavor fades without the commitment to act.

The Insight

Understanding what we should do is not enough; real change requires embracing discomfort and taking deliberate action.
