Reflection

I remember the first time I truly got lost in a creative project. It was like my fingers knew exactly where to go, dancing over the keyboard with a mind of their own. My body felt weightless, as if I’d slipped the bonds of gravity and was floating in some parallel universe.

And yet, I never paid attention to the subtle signals my body was sending. There was a warmth in my chest, a gentle tingling in my fingers that I ignored as I pushed on, hungry for the next idea. It was as if acknowledging these whispers might break the spell, pulling me back to earth.

But as I reflect now, I realize these sensations were signs of something bigger, a physical manifestation of my mind's immersion. Ignoring them seemed almost disrespectful to the body that was supporting my creativity all along.

The Insight

Our bodies quietly echo the depth of our creative flow, yet we seldom listen.
